We are looking for a coach that we can invest in. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children (18m - 5yr) and have a positive mindset. Candidate is someone that can follow a professionally designed curriculum for sports programs like soccer, baseball, basketball, football, and volleyball. Coach will be able to work independently and manage children in a class setting.
This is an ideal part-time job for stay-at-home parents, college and high school students or anyone with daytime and early evening availability, looking to make a little extra. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, outgoing and patient. Must be able to drive to multiple class locations in the area throughout the week, have excellent communication skills, and provide superior customer service.
~ Coach 2-15 hours a week. Most hours are mid mornings (9,10 and 11am), after 3pm during the week and Saturday mid-morning.
~ Programming is held indoor and outdoor (Spring, Summer and Fall).
~ Instructs for 1-3 hours per day.
~ Light administrative duties.
~ Sports background helpful, but not main consideration.
