This full-service facility offers a wide array of specialty services including surgical OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, women’s services OB, and orthopedics. As the Assistant Director Pharmacy Operations, you will assume a pivotal role, providing leadership and oversight for all pharmacy department operations. You will serve as a valuable resource for clinical excellence, educating and guiding the team. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring adherence to hospital regulations and standards, as well as implementing policies and procedures to enhance workflow. Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and dedicated staff.

Requirements for this position include:

• A current pharmacy license or the ability to obtain one upon hire
• Proven experience in hospital pharmacy management
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
