As our Director of Pharmacy at St. Elizabeth Hospital, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, you’ll oversee our Pharmacy twam who help our doctors and nurses safely prescribe and dispense medications to help our patients feel better and recover from their illness or injury.
You’ll have responsibilty for meeting financial objectives in labor, revenue and gross margins by implementing performance improvement initiatives and evaluate the effectivness in meeting clinic/service expectations. You will build trust in your interactions with your team and the departments and patients they serve and support by overseeing and assisting professional pharmacists and ancillary department staff in performing drug distrubution, preparation and associated pharmaceutical care activites.
