We are seeking an experienced Manager to Join our team. Josies and Milano use only the finest ingredients to produce fresh, artisanal crave-worthy food. Every day our chefs create specials to share their passion for seasonal ingredients with you. We take great pride in producing all of our dishes from scratch daily. All of the produce we bring in will include locally sourced high end seasonal organic ingredients.

Job Duties

• Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation with and in the absence of the GM.
• Deliver superior guest services.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Plan and develop guest loyalty programs.
• Plan new and update existing menus.
• Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy.
• Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Manage and lead staff.
• Hire new employees.
• Training and evaluate staff performance.
• Manage restaurant supplies.
• Control costs and minimize waste.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions.
• Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales.
• Initiate and book all types of banquets, parties, groups, ETC.

the Manager will have 2 days off a week but must be available to work weekends and nights. each shift is 8-10 hours.
