Being an Assistant Restaurant Manager assists in inventory control and budgeting. Ensures that regulatory guidelines of the food services industry are being followed by all employees. Additionally, Assistant Restaurant Manager requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Assistant General Managers are primarily responsible for their unit's overall food and kitchen (back of house) operation and serve in the General Manager role in their absence. Assistant General Managers support the General Manager through the implementation of business objectives through a solid sales-based focus and constant development of their team. Assistant General Managers report directly to General Managers.
Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
• Must have at least four (4) years of work experience in a related field with progression in roles demonstrating increased responsibility.
