Additionally, Assistant Restaurant Manager requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. This popular rapidly growing fast casual health food concept is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for their Mobile AL location.
Home-based in Wilmington NC, they are a lifestyle brand that’s expanded nationwide with over 100 locations in 20 states. Immediate future growth plans include an additional 80 store build out. The concept serves a wide variety of healthy menu items, shakes, and pre-made meals for meal planning.
We are looking for someone experienced with a passion for health & wellness to join our family and help take the brand to the next level.- Minimum of 1 year management experience in a regional or national Quick Service concept
- Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
- Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
- Able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
- Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success
- $15-$16 hourly pay plus bonus, and benefits
