Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the General Manager in daily operations, including overseeing staff performance and ensuring smooth restaurant functioning.
- Manage inventory levels using Toast POS to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize shortages.
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee hours and wages.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet financial targets.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing any escalated issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor market trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions and adjust restaurant operations accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a restaurant management or similar role, with a strong track record of team leadership and operational excellence.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques, preferably with experience using Toast POS.
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate staff members to achieve performance goals.
- Proficiency in customer service standards and conflict resolution.
