WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
This can be full-time or part-time and works within the operating hours. The operating hours for the restaurant are as follows: Monday to Thursday - 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday to Saturday - 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday - 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you play a crucial role in driving the success of our restaurant by overseeing both front- and back-of-house operations with precision and finesse. In the absence of the restaurant manager, you assume the reins, ensuring smooth functioning throughout the day. You meticulously evaluate employee performances, identifying potential talents ripe for promotion and providing regular coaching and feedback to the staff. Disciplinary actions, if necessary, are implemented decisively.
Collaboration with the head chef is key to maintaining kitchen systems and procedures, guaranteeing quality and efficiency in food service.
