Description
The assistant operations manager assists the Corporate Chef and the Director of operations in covering holes and PTO where needed. They will be working both BOH and FOH positions in varies locations where needed. They will help to ensure that Twigs standards are met at all times and coach our teams while onsite in a positive productive manner. They will assist with month end inventories and training of all team members. This position will require travel as needed, up to 50% of the time. This position will be based out of Spokane.
The assistant operations manager will have to be proficient in all FOH and BOH operations and will need to be able to work any position at the restaurant. They will need to bring positive energy to the work place each day.
Specific tasks will include but not be limited to:
· Cover any manager shortages/absences or PTO at all locations
· Travel to out-of-town locations as needed will be required
· Assistance with training of new managers/chefs
· Assist with ongoing training plans for current managers/chefs
· Ensure that all Twigs standards are being met.
Requirements
Desired Qualifications
· Two years FOH management experience
· Two years BOH management experience
· Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs
· Preferred experience with Craftable or Bevspot
· Preferred experience with Toast POS
· Must have flexible schedule and ability to travel as needed with limited notice
