    We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all customer service standards are met, providing leadership and guidance to store staff, and helping to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
    • Ensure that the store is clean and organized at all times.
    • Train and develop staff to meet the company's standards of customer service.
    • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
    • Manage customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
    • Develop strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $14.50 - $18.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
