As the Assistant to the Principals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the school's administrative functions. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communication Liaison: Serve as a vital link between the principal, staff, parents, and students. Handle inquiries, relay messages, and maintain clear communication channels to foster a productive school environment.
• Schedule Management: Manage the principal's schedule, coordinate appointments, and handle correspondence. Optimize and organize the principal's time effectively.
• Parent Meetings: Facilitate the smooth flow of parent meetings as requested by the Principal.
• Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating school events and meetings. This includes preparing agendas, ordering food, and organizing logistics as required.
• Material Management: Track, order, receive, and distribute all school-related materials according to individual team budgets.
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support by preparing and organizing documents, maintaining records (e.g., parent signatures of Parent Handbook), and handling various office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.

Additional Responsibilities:

• 
  Coordinating student early dismissals and attendance.

• 
  Managing office supplies, including fulfilling specific requests.

  Providing logistical support for special projects.

  Scheduling appointments and meetings for the Principals.

  Assisting at carpool

  Covering classes, as needed
