Position Overview:
As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team and work directly with our company President on a variety projects, responsibilities, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role will involve streamlining processes, updating technology systems, and assisting with financial accounting oversight, among other duties. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of integrity, a high standard of excellence and work ethic, and should be willing to go the extra mile to serve our existing staff and management.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the company founder to streamline existing processes and implement new systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
Help update and improve team member usage of existing technology systems, including software applications, to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
Assist in overseeing financial accounting processes, including commissions payments, accounts payable/receivable, budget management, and financial reporting.
Assist in development and execution of company marketing plans.
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the company founder.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Conduct research and compile data on various topics as assigned.
Serve as a liaison between the company founder and company operations staff, management, and sales team members.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or management staff in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in technology systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and cloud-based platforms.
Strong understanding of marketing concepts, particulary social media.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all interactions.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, but not required.
