Front Desk Receptionist will greet visitors as they enter the building, answer incoming client calls and route calls to the appropriate departments, assist clients and visitors with directions, help coordinate media interviews and events, and answer general questions about the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communications skills, an ability to multi-task effectively, a good working knowledge of our company and products, and the ability to work on their feet during irregular hours. Responsibilities: Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate person. Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer requests. Provide information about products or services. Return visitor phone calls. Schedule appointments. Answer questions about products or services.
