    POSITION SUMMARY: Provides leadership and overall direction to assigned branches to achieve ENAIS goals, annual business plan and budget goals.


    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    LEADERSHIP

    a) Develop and execute regional business plan that achieves ENAIS safety, customer satisfaction, growth and profitability goals.

    b) Develop branch business plans / budgets that support your regional business plan.

    c) Communicate company vision, goals and objectives both internally and externally.

    d) Ensure branch teams comply with all company policies and work collaboratively with peers and the corporate office.

    e) Conduct meetings with direct report personnel to review performance. Coach branch managers on how to be successful.

    f) Attend Monthly Operations Reviews (MOR). Ensure Branch teams effectively communicate and address the key issues.

    g) Hold managers and teams accountable for results.

    h) Use data to evaluate performance trends and solve problems.

    i) Demonstrate a “hands-on” approach to help teams achieve their goals &/or develop best practices.

    j) Cultivate a continuous improvement “mindset” to establish processes that will deliver consistent results.

    k) Lead by example to create a positive work culture focused on Safety, Customer Satisfaction and Growth.

    l) Demonstrate a “sense of urgency” that motivates your team to perform.

    SAFETY:

    a) Establish a safety culture where operations and each employee is responsible for safety.

    b) Ensures operations personnel partner with safety to maintain a safe work environment with the goal being zero injuries.

    c) Provide guidance and direction to employees and the Branch Safety Coordinator (or person assigned safety responsibilities) on all safety related functions for the purpose of complying with all Company, state and federal laws and regulations, and to limit any financial exposure in these areas.

    d) Ensure that regional employees comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) and ENAIS Vehicle Policy requirements

    e) Actively participate in branch safety meetings and ensure that operations personnel participate in safety audits

    CUSTOMER FOCUS and GROWTH

    a) Maintain appropriate visibility at all customer sites

    b) Know your market, customer and competitors and actively pursue growth opportunities when appropriate.

    c) Demonstrate proactive behavior to understand customer satisfaction levels and maintain positive customer relationships.

    d) Ensure branches monitor customer satisfaction, proactively address issues and promptly resolve service failures.

    e) Implement strategies that create a “sticky relationship” with our customer which ultimately leads to ENAIS growth.

    f) Develops and administer a sales and marketing plans to retain customers, acquire new customers, regain past customers or seek non-traditional industries that may have a use for industrial cleaning services. Recognize that corporate sales is a resource, however as RVP you are ultimately responsible for the revenue and growth goals in your region.

    EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT:

    a) Interface and monitor morale of personnel and endeavor to maintain a positive work culture.

    b) Support the hiring process to ensure staff capacilities and labor capacity allow ENAIS to achieve its growth goals.

    c) Support the Branch Manager in training for all product lines.

    d) Conduct annual personnel evaluations for all direct reports.

    Region Management:

    a) Responsible for all equipment and machinery owned by the region. Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and effectively utilized to maximize company results. Comply with company policies related to capital equipment (CAPEX) purchases and the disposal of existing equipment.

    b) Share equipment and labor throughout the region / company to assist with growth during peak workloads and promote a spirit of teamwork with other branches.

    c) Interface with all Division Managers focusing on problems and timely resolution and getting personnel and equipment needed at peak times

    d) Review and approve all indirect overtime requests from all Branches.

    e) Ensure Branch teams comply with the ENAIS Authority Review

    f) Oversees the Branch Management evaluation system.

    g) Maintain awareness and share information regarding new and better methods of doing business.

    h) Maintain a working knowledge of current applicable regulations to our industry.

    i) Audit a minimum of 10% of billing invoice from all branches monthly.

    j) Other duties as assigned by the COO or CEO.
