Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to coordinate company communications and provide administrative support to the President and Vice President. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Manage company communications. Answer the phone, create newsletters, communicate schedules to clients.
- Manage the President's/VP's calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate projects and initiatives as assigned by the President
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Skills:
- Familiarity with office procedures and communication protocols
- Front desk reception experience is a plus
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
