Provides local technical assistance for the design, conceptual development, and construction of building projects in the public and private sector. Tasks may include conceptually visualizing projects, preparing drawings, specifications, budgets, and construction documents, and developing and presenting design proposals. Leads architectural project team in generating accurate and concise drawings, renderings, and documentation. Manages responsibilities, deliverables, and client relationships with a level of quality that exceeds industry standards.
