Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, with 3 years specifically in search and staffing.

- Proven track record of revenue growth and successful account management in an SMB market.

- Strong understanding of various search and staffing solutions and technologies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for client satisfaction and business growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
