This pivotal role supports the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in overseeing nursing and patient care functions. You'll need an active RN license, exemplary communication skills, and demonstrated leadership ability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support to the CNO, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff competency.
• Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practice across multiple units.
• Assume 24/7 responsibility for designated areas.
• Serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.

Qualifications:
Education:

• Required: Associate degree in nursing with a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or a BSN.
• Preferred: MSN or master's in a healthcare-related field.

Experience:

• Required: Minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment.

Certifications:

• Required: Active RN license, CPR certification.
