Spectrum Accounting Plus is currently on the search for a Mailroom Clerk. The position is full-time, in-house: Monday - Friday, 8 am – 5 pm with a $12.50-14.50 hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and communicate with managers regarding sending large mailings
• Proofread and edit mailing
• Opening and Scanning Mail
• Running items to/from mailroom.
• Putting invoices in the software
• Become familiar with office equipment - copiers, postage machine, etc
• Track and report postage

Requirements

• Technologically savvy; able to learn new software
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Excellent proofreading skills
• Highly detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to lift 35lbs
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to operate office equipment and postage machinery
