We are seeking a project architect or draftsperson searching for a career opportunity with the ability to engage in all different project types, sizes etc. Our architectural firm is seeking a talented individual with over 4 years of experience to join our team as a Project Architect.

**Expectations for You:**

- Proficiency in creating detailed drawings using AutoCAD or Revit (MUST)

- In-depth knowledge of the Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations

- Familiarity with Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, or 3DS Max is a plus

- Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and professionals

- Ability to adapt plans, resolve issues, and ensure project success

- Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed

**Required Qualifications:**

- Professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related field

- 4 years of experience in residential and commercial project development

- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent software

- Thorough understanding of architectural building systems and materials

- Effective oral and written communication skills
