Greenline Architecture is an award-winning, 14-person architecture, interior design and historic preservation firm established in historically-charming Savannah, Georgia. We are seeking a full-time Emerging Professional II with 2-5 years of experience to join our team, located in the heart of the Starland District, Savannah’s rapidly developing creative and artistic hub.

YOU SHOULD:

• Be a graduate of an accredited architecture or design school
• Have 2-5 years of experience acquired in a professional setting relative to this position

YOUR DESIGN TALENT AND SKILLS WILL EXHIBITED THROUGH:

• Preparation of presentation drawings, models and renderings
• Preparation of schematic design drawings and construction documents
• Assistance with electronic media
• Participation in municipal submittal review packages
• Participation in preparing design development presentations

YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF AS:

• Design-oriented and self-motivated
• Willing to work collaboratively in a team environment with principals and staff, as well as clients, consultants and contractors
• A solid communicator who has an outstanding design aptitude and a positive attitude
• Organized and deadline-driven
• Having basic sketching and rendering skills
• A design-software whiz, with expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Familiar and working knowledge of conventions, codes and construction practices of the United States
• A valid driver’s license is required and a background history is necessary
