Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Assistant to our growing therapy practice. As a Business Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and to our clinicans. This is a vital role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties: You will be trained in the following areas
- Assist with billing
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments with providers
- Coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with marketing on instagram and our website
- Provide support to other team members as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a medical office setting is preferred
- Proficient in organization
- Excellent transcription skills with attention to detail
- Strong clerical skills, including typing and data entry
- Ability to manage calendars and coordinate schedules effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., google suite)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
