    Qualifications

    • 4 years of multi-unit operations experience in retail, hospitality, or related fields
    • Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain top talent
    • Strong financial acumen with experience managing expenses and analyzing financial reports
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

    Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of store managers to achieve operational excellence and deliver legendary customer service
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize store performance and maximize profitability
    • Manage controllable expenses and monitor key performance indicators to drive business results
    • Conduct regular audits and facility inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business initiatives and drive continuous improvement
