We are looking for office manager to assist run day to day administrative duties including HR administration and Contracts. The duties that are needed for this position are as follows. We support Pharmaceutical and Biotech service organizations

Working knowledge Microsoft office
Support HR administration
Help create Proposals and presentations working with sales team. ( approximately 10 proposals per month)
Support Senior leadership Team with their administrative tasks


Selected-Candidates must demonstrate integrity, ability to hold confidence, be a natural organizer, and be persuasive without being bossy.

In office and remote flex work from home is available.
