    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, negotiation, and business analysis and a Florida Real Estate Lic.. As a Business Broker, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial client consultation to closing the deal. Your primary goal will be to match buyers with sellers and facilitate the smooth transition of ownership.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough business valuations and market analyses to determine the appropriate selling price.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
    • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Coordinate due diligence processes and assist with the preparation of legal documents.
    • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • **Florida Real Estate Lic. Required**
    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the business brokerage or real estate industry.
    • Strong understanding of financial statements and business valuation methods.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Intermediary) a plus.
