Summary
Provides project management support to business to meet department and cross department goals. Responsible for supporting multiple initiatives within a program/portfolio which may include a combination of new and ongoing work. This role will focus on supporting loan administration initiatives, providing project management support, ensuring the smooth execution of loan processing, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders. Performs the day-to day operational requirements of programs (reporting, tracking and communications). Identify and partners with others to simplify and improve processes (such as template creation, data tracking and other deliverables) and participates in the designs of the work.
