The Department of Technology in the College of Business, Communication and Technology at Missouri Southern State University invites applications for a full-time (10 months) tenure track Assistant Professor Position, starting on August 1, 2024, in Joplin, Missouri. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing duties related to teaching, research, and service activities per the expectations set forth by the department, college, and university. The ideal candidate will be a passionate educator skilled in developing and teaching a wide variety of undergraduate Industrial Engineering Technology and/or Manufacturing Engineering Technology courses across multiple formats: on-campus, hybrid, and online.
Applicants are expected to have a doctoral degree in a field closely related to Industrial Engineering Technology. Masters with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant U.S. industrial experience will be considered for a Master Instructor position.
