    Our Award Winning Client is seeking a Project Manager for our Cold-Formed Steel Group in Florida. The successful candidate will undertake project management and client development responsibilities to foster the growth of our Cold-Formed Steel Group in the Florida market.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the structural design efforts for multiple projects, ensuring compliance with project budgets.
    • Oversee structural engineering drawings and calculations for various projects, with a focus on cold-formed steel framing.
    • Supervise Engineers and CAD/BIM Technicians in producing shop drawings, calculations, and BIM models.
    • Support team members through training and mentorship.
    • Maintain communication with clients, manage project schedules, and monitor design budgets.
    • Lead business development endeavors for cold-formed projects, managing a portfolio of clients.
    • Undertake structural design tasks for diverse building projects, including developing design documents, calculations, and specifications.
    • Execute construction administration duties.

    Experience Required:

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
    • Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in structural design, with a focus on cold-formed steel building structures. Oversight experience is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in cold-formed steel design with a solid understanding of AISI standards.
    • Ability to devise innovative solutions for complex problems.
    • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach.
    • Professional Engineer Licensure is mandatory.
