Professor - Civil Engineering provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Assoc. Professor - Civil Engineering typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks.     What you will be doing:

    • Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals in the Madison office.
    • Develop and manage a diverse client portfolio while maintaining strong relationships.
    • Oversee project budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
    • Act as the primary liaison with municipal clients and coordinate with team members and subcontractors.
    • Utilize the Company's diverse staff to expand the client base and increase market share in the Greater Madison area.
    • Represent Our Award Winning Client as a Municipal Engineer to assigned client communities.

    Experience you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin.
    • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in project management or equivalent.
    • Proven track record in client interaction, business development, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology and hydraulic software is preferred.
