Professor - Computer Science provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Assoc. Professor - Computer Science typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Minimum Qualifications
● Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Data Science,
Cybersecurity, or a closely related field
● Demonstrated expertise in web development, data science, and cybersecurity
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment
Preferred Qualifications
● Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a
closely related field
● Prior successful teaching experience at the college level
● Experience in curriculum development and assessment
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
● Proficiency in specific software, programming languages, and tools, such as Python,
