Responsibilities :

As a Patient Care Coordinator at Back 2 Basics Dentistry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients have a seamless and positive experience throughout their dental care journey.

Your responsibilities will include :

Patient Interaction :

• Discussing treatment plans and addressing patient queries with clarity and empathy.
• Assisting patients in navigating their experience within the practice.

Administrative Tasks :

• Answering phones and managing patient inquiries.
• Scheduling appointments efficiently and coordinating with the dental team.
• Handling insurance-related tasks and other data collection as necessary.
• Accurately posting charges and collecting funds from patients.

Communication and Problem-Solving :

• Utilizing exceptional communication skills to facilitate smooth communication between patients and the dental team.
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure patient satisfaction.

• Demonstrating knowledge of dental terminology to effectively communicate with patients and dental professionals.
• Comfortably navigating computer systems to input and retrieve relevant patient information.

Professional Demeanor :

Maintaining a pleasant smile and demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients.

Qualifications :

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
