    Job Description: Our client is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to oversee operations in their Rolling Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term sustainability strategies, managing departmental staff, and ensuring the efficient maintenance of production equipment. Key responsibilities include budget management, planning, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Manage departmental R&M budget
    • Set and review annual development and performance objectives

    Qualifications: Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering
    • Minimum five years of manufacturing experience
    • Minimum eight years of maintenance experience
    • Minimum three years of budget management experience
