Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Assoc. Professor - Drama typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks.   • Job Overview:
    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Drama Teacher to join our team. As a Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for educating and inspiring students in drama, as well as assisting teachers to integrate drama in the classroom. This position requires experience working with students and a strong background in early childhood education.

    Duties:
    - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
    - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
    - Use effective classroom management techniques to promote a productive learning atmosphere
    - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
    - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience

    Experience:
    - Previous experience working with students, preferably in a childcare or educational setting
    - Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
    - Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning
    - Experience in ballet or theater is a plus

    -Teaching License or the ability to acquire prior to hire

    Skills:
    - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    - Strong organizational and time management abilities
    - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
