Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Assoc. Professor - Drama typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks.     Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day activities and personnel within the designated service area.
    • Uphold a safe environment by implementing policies and procedures outlined in the Risk Management and Infection Control Manuals.
    • Assess and monitor residents' healthcare needs through appropriate actions, training, consultation, and delegation.
    • Recruit, train, supervise, and develop Resident Services Supervisors and Resident Caregivers.
    • Delegate tasks and monitor service delivery, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
    • Manage inventory of health-related supplies, equipment, and supplemental services for residents.
    • Foster an environment that promotes excellence and encourages open communication between employees and management.
    • Collaborate with the Executive Director in making move-in/move-out decisions and developing individualized service plans.
    • Conduct nursing assessments and complete required state forms.
    • Review building compliance with all corporate, federal, state, and local resident care guidelines.

    Skills and Certifications:

    • Registered Nurse
    • Complete technical skills as per the original job order.
