We are a Bead & Rhinestone Wholesaler seeking an energetic, self starter to handle customer service, manage accounts, order processing and assist in office management. On a daily basis this position focuses entering and processing orders, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, following up on sales inquiries and maintaining office operations and assist the CEO in projects.

Primary job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Provide excellent customer service (via phone, email and our website)

- Enter, process and invoice orders

- Manage customer accounts

- Follow up on sales inquiries and leads

- Assist in office management (including but not limited to managing backorders, processing resale certificates and inventory assistance)

- Assist in limited online retail operations

Candidates must have the following experience:

- At least one year of customer/sales experience in a product based wholesale office environment.

- Experience selling on ETSY or other online marketplaces

Candidates must possess the following skills:

- Highly proficient in Word and Excel (must be able to do basic formulas and formatting)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Very strong basic math skills

- Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
