Assoc. Professor - Economics teaches courses in the discipline area of economics. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Assoc. Professor - Economics provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Assoc. Professor - Economics typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks.     Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Associate degree in Nursing or higher.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in any of the following areas: Home Health, Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), Community Health, Hospice.
    • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey.
    • Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification.
    • Proficiency in EMR software (Home Care Home Base).
    • Technical skills: Tablet and phone usage for work purposes.

    Preferred:

    • Bilingual in Spanish.
    • Additional specialized certifications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct or indirect skilled comprehensive nursing care to various age and diagnostic groups.
    • Function independently in delivering end-of-life care to patients and families.
    • Utilize nursing process principles for data collection, planning, and evaluation of care.
    • Administer medications and accurately document patient information.
    • Maintain effective communication with the healthcare team.
    • Ensure a safe environment for patients and healthcare professionals.
    • Identify and address unmet learning needs.
    • Comply with company policies and procedures.

    Schedule and Shift Details:

    • Standard hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, including 1-2 Saturdays per month.
    • Requirement to work one summer and one winter holiday.

    Additional Information:

    • Our Award Winning Client operates nationally and has received numerous industry awards.
    • Travel required: 4-6 visits per day with an expectation to cover the full county.
    • Orientation provided: Once per month, consisting of 2 full weeks of training.
    • A scheduler will assist with appointment settings, although flexibility in scheduling at the time of visits is provided.
