Job Description:
As a Traveling Commercial Construction Foreman, at Hays Electrical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects within the hospitality sector. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive travel to various construction sites nationwide.
Qualifications:
· Construction Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on Commercial construction. Must have Active Journeyman Electrical License.
· Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively to construction sites nationwide.
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
· Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and address issues that may arise during construction projects.
· Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects.
