Electrical Engineer/Project Manager

Lexington, Kentucky

Salary Range $95,000- $125,000 depending on experience

Marcum Engineering is looking for an experienced, licensed electrical engineer (PE) to design electrical systems for commercial and light industrial projects.  The ideal candidate will provide expertise and leadership for the entire electrical team, directing engineers and designers as required and appropriate.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design power distribution, lighting, lighting controls, emergency power, and special systems
• Prepare and review technical specifications, perform code reviews, and utilize computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering design documents.
• Demonstrate strong performance and creative solutions to meet clients’ objectives
• Attend and participate in client meetings

 Qualifications:

• 6 years’ of relevant experience
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited university
• PE License required
