Position Summary
Walsh University is seeking a faculty member to join the successful and highly respected Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) MSN and BSN-DNP programs. The successful candidate for this position will possess expertise in the content area and have current practical experience in the field. In addition, the candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills when relating to students in an online format and provide meaningful formative and summative feedback to students. The faculty member will interface with preceptors, serve as a role model, and maintain currency in practice. Position may be non-tenure track or tenure-track depending on candidate’s qualifications. Applicants must hold a doctoral degree (DNP or PhD) or currently enrolled in a doctoral program, and must have certification and licensure as a FNP.

Education: Applicants must hold a doctoral degree (PhD or DNP) or currently enrolled in a doctoral program.
Work Experience: Current FNP certification/licensure and current practice. Online teaching experience is preferred but candidates with a strong background in the content area will be considered.
