Michael's English Muffins is a small local business in Raleigh, NC. We a hard working team with talented individuals committed to making the most awesome English Muffins every day. Serving them with an unrivaled level of hospitality. We are a Raleigh local breakfast restaurant and wholesale business that has been established for over 8 years, and are planning on expanding throughout the triangle.. There are 3 different avenues of our business: restaurant/store front, wholesale, catering/events. The kitchen space is shared by all three, as we are still small enough to tackle the web of chaos. Our hours open to the public are Tuesday through Sunday 7am until 1pm. As production and the team grow we will be implementing new shifts to accommodate (earlier/mid-night shift). Currently there is only one location in North East Raleigh - we do however, service and wholesale throughout the triangle and state
We are looking for a self-motivated people who love the food industry, and who would like to join our constantly growing team. We are looking for a full time team member to join our production team. No baking experience required but a willingness to learn and take constructive criticism. What we do during the day is not a complicated process but requires attention to detail and a real longing to strive for excellent consistent quality. Our shifts start at 5 am during the week and 6 am on the weekends. End time is when the store is closed and prep is complete for the next day (around 1-2 pm). We are looking for someone who availability Tue-Sat.
