Assoc. Professor - Environmental Engineering teaches courses in the discipline area of environmental engineering. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Assoc. Professor - Environmental Engineering provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Assoc. Professor - Environmental Engineering typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks.     We are in need of part-time mobile medical examiners to perform physicals for insurance companies, home blood draws, and corporate wellness screenings. This is an independent contractor position so you set your own hours. Payment is per applicant based on services provided. Pay is based on experience.

    Coverage is needed in the following counties:
    Davidson County, NC.

    As a mobile examiner, you must be organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Mobile examiners must have reliable transportation (with proof of insurance and valid driver's license), a cell phone, valid email address, fax and/or scanner, and computer, and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    All examiners are required to be proficient in phlebotomy with at least 100 successful venipunctures in the last 1 year, be able to obtain vital signs, have legible handwriting, and be familiar with medical terminology. They must have the knowledge and ability to prepare specimens for transport, be able to perform an EKG, and be familiar with HIPAA rules and regulations. As an independent contractor, you set your own hours, but morning and early evening availability is essential. An outgoing personality, the ability to provide meticulous attention to detail, dependability, and the willingness to learn are the keys to be a successful mobile examiner. All applicants are required to have an in-person interview at our Greensboro, NC, location.

    Education Preferred: Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certificate preferred.

    Work Experience:
    Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, the ability to take accurate vital signs, and record accurate medical history. EKG experience is preferred, but not required.
