Come join Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in Martinsburg as a Civil Engineer Project Manager. We have an office that is conveniently located just off of Interstate 81 and within walking distance of multiple restaurants and retail shops. In addition to our standard benefits, we offer a flexible work schedule of 2 days a week work from home or 1 day off every other week.
Other benefits include:
As a Project Manager for CEC, you’ll work with project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients. From an urban redevelopment site to a new school project, you’ll take part in designing site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, water quality best management practices, erosion and sediment control plans, and utility layout. In addition, you'll be interacting with clients, contractors, local government officials; impacting the whole project - from conceptual and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction - all the way to the grand opening.
We are looking for a dynamic engineer that brings an established network or has the ability to get engaged locally and create a network to aid in expanding CEC Martinsburg’s business. This is the best of both worlds - an opportunity to help grow a new office from the ground floor, while having the stability and support of a 34 year old firm that has 34 locations (and growing) across the country.
