  • The Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) currently seeks for its Medical Imaging Sciences program a candidate with a PhD in Medical Imaging Sciences/ Radiography, for a tenure track position in the rank of assistant, associate or full professor depending on
    qualifications. Visiting positions at all levels may be considered.

    The MIS Program is one of only a few well-established undergraduate programs in the region. During the first year of study, students take basic science and elective courses. In the second and third year, students learn indepth theory and application in sub-specialized fields within medical imaging sciences such as medical imaging physics, cross-sectional anatomy and radiographic pathology. Courses are designed and timed to work in parallel with clinical training at the medical center. The program enrolls approximately 15 new students each year.

    Teaching responsibilities include:
    Delivering basic and advanced courses in medical imaging to undergraduate students in the field of medical
    imaging physics, anatomy, and radiographic pathology as well as supervising students during their practicum
    work and their final year research project. The successful candidate will also contribute to research and service
    at FHS.
