The Department of Media, Culture, and the Arts houses BAs in Art and Applied Design, Interdisciplinary Studies, Contemporary Musicianship and Media and Communication.
We offer AAs in the Core Curriculum, Modern Language, Music, and Art. We have an MA in Public Relations. Faculty members are exceptionally qualified in their areas of instructions.
We offer classes through different delivery methods (face-to-face, hybrid, and online).
Job Summary
The Department of Media, Culture and the Arts within the School of Arts and Letters at Middle Georgia State University is seeking candidates for a lecturer in art history.
This lecturer will teach courses in art history I and II as well as art appreciation. There is a possibility of studio classes as well, depending on credentials.
Responsibilities
This position involves teaching undergraduate students, both majors and non-majors. Teaching responsibilities will include day and / or evening, and online courses.
Travel to satellite campus (Warner Robins and Cochran) may be required.
