As we continue to grow and expand the practice, we now seek LAW CLERK's to provide support to the Attorneys in all 9 of our California offices. *Applicants must reside in the state of California and be awaiting results for the California State Bar! 

Specific duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows: 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• assisting attorneys in all areas of discovery and litigation  
• reviewing and summarizing medical records 
• attending depositions/cross examinations of doctors and taking notes/writing summaries  
• legal research  
• drafting petitions, briefs & other legal documents  
• other assigned or guided tasks as may be needed to support Attorneys and legal staff   

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's Degree 
• Must be awaiting California State Bar Exam results 
• Basic computer skills 
• Ability to work well in a team environment with or without supervision 
• Ability to prioritize 
• Attention to detail and high quality are ESSENTIAL to the success of anyone in this role!
