Production Associate

• Attend Start of shift meeting with Team Lead
• Perform all PMs associated with the associates assigned job
• Perform a Process check on the 1st part
• Produce all required parts needed for production each day
• Follow all personal protective equipment, hazard communication, and other safety procedures.
• Follow all operation standards associated with the assigned job
• Must place parts in appropriate container
• Ensure that product is labeled correctly (name, part number, and quantity)
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Team Leader/Coordinator
• Clean all areas during and after shift
• Must meet scheduled production with quality product on time delivery
• Must report down time
• Continuously looking for process improvements

Requirements:

• Must be able to work any shift
• Must be willing to work overtime
• Must be available to work weekends as required
• Must be committed to working safely
• Must be committed to quality production
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must have a willingness to learn
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must have 2 years of similar experience in the automotive production industry
