Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Billing Specialist at Diaz Anselmo & Associates P.A. The Legal Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing the billing process, invoicing clients, and ensuring accurate and timely client billing. This role requires strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams. The Legal Billing Specialist will also assist with accounting tasks related to billing and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Billing Process, Invoicing, and Client Billing
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Knowledge of accounting principles and experience in accounting tasks related to billing and financial reporting
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in billing processes
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Relevant experience in a similar role in the legal industry
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
