Being an Assoc. Professor - Law provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Assoc. Professor - Law typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks.     Managing or assisting with substantial components of a broad range of corporate and transactional matters
    Qualifications/Skills
    Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal certification program
    Proficient in Microsoft Office365, GSuite, Outlook
    Familiarity or willingness to learn MyCase Practice Management CRM
    Strong oral and written communication skills
    Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents, and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
    Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team oriented environment
    2 years office administration experience
    As a solo attorney, the position can be a hybrid with an "in office" day once per week and the remainder of the work done remotely.
