Job Summary
You may have a good idea of what a personal injury paralegal does, - meet with clients, draft documents, and manage attorney calendars/deadlines—the whole nine yards. The Breakdown

• Provide exemplary customer service to your clients
• Foster productive and friendly relationships with your clients and your attorney
• Manage a docket of 45-80 cases with an 'A' rating from clients, assigned attorney, and leadership
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, demands, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and affidavits, under the supervision of a lawyer

• 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to distinguish between urgent and important tasks
• Empathy
• Strong attention to detail
• Naturally prone to making detailed, thorough, and organized notes
• Ability to navigate seamlessly through various computer programs and software

• $24 per hour based on experience and potential
