KINER LEGAL GROUP is seeking a Family Law Paralegal. Applicant must have a solid 5 years of family law experience. Must be able to hit the ground running and carry a large case load. Must work well with other staff members, attorneys and Managers. Must know rules of Discovery and be proficient in Family Law document preparation. Excellent communication skills needed both verbal and written. Paralegal will be responsible for client contact, case management, calendar management, contact with opposing parties and attorneys and polite contact with court personnel. Ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills. Applicant will be proficient in Word Perfect, My Case, X-Spouse, Adobe and have Trial Preparation experience.
